Technology Competencies - Basic Competencies - An outline of the technology knowledge recommended for all library staff - These were created and approved by the committee in February 1999 and accepted by the TLN Steering Committee as Draft Standard in August 1999. They were revised by the committee in May 2001 and accepted by the TLN Steering Committee as Full Standard in June 2001.
- Advanced Competencies - An outline of the technology knowledge recommended for all library technology staff - These were created and approved by the committee in October 2001, accepted by the TLN Steering Committee as Draft Standard in November 2001, and accepted by the TLN Steering Committee as Full Standard in March 2002.
